Racism could mean a number of things and could either be good or bad. For most people racism to them could be the white man ill treating or may even dislike the black man or the other way round. However in America today racism is not all about that and there is more to it than expected. The problem is that the other side of racism is hardly mentioned and the truth is racism is not only done towards the black but there are also cases where it becomes a case of a black man and another black man.
The big question is why such cases are not reported on media or any other social media and the answer could be that may be it does not happen so much to that extent. One of the main causes of such big hatred is especially when the blacks have acquired big jobs in the states of America and are even in the leading positions. The thought that a black man can be a leader in a certain work place in the states of America has caused so much hatred that one wonders why. It is very important to note that most of this people have come from their poor countries to try and make a living here and thus no need for the negative attitude.
Apart from that there are instances where one would find a black man marrying a white girl and When this happens it is seen as if the man got married to the girl because of money and the problem comes in when the couple walks around together they receive very suspicious looks and would even be discriminated at some point. This is not really the case and for most of the couples if they were to tell their story then it would not be because of money but rather love or something more to that. One of the married couples once said that they have been successful because they worked together despite the race and the man pointed out that she was the only woman who stood by him when he had nothing when all other African girls ran away from him. Education Today in America and the rapid growth of TV and .Com websites displaying the latest news has helped to lower the overall racism today in “America“.
It is important for people in the society to realize that some of the perceptions that we have are not really true and should not even exist in our minds. It may be hard to understand why there is so much hatred towards the white women especially when they date black men or why there is the believe that when most of the black men get successful then they turn to white girls. These perceptions are all wrong and there is also no need for such hatred since all of us are human beings created by one maker and we should all live together in harmony and see each other as a brother and a sister despite our color, race or even ethnicity.
It is important to note that in the Americas people have the freedom to live work interact date or even marry whoever it is they want and there should be no discrimination towards anybody but everyone should be treated with the respect that they deserve.
